The successful applicant will develop, implement, and document engineering, integration, and readiness processes and procedures for PEO C3T Tactical Network systems. This position involves participating in various technical forums and collaborating with multiple project management offices. Key Responsibilities: * Engineering Processes Development: Develop, implement, and document engineering, integration, and readiness processes and procedures for PEO C3T Tactical Network systems. * Configuration Management: Prepare documentation and maintain Configuration Item baselines. Assist in managing, maintaining, and automating Configuration Management tools while ensuring proper version control of software deliverables. * Technical Coordination: Participate in and assist in coordinating the Integrated Product Team (IPT) and other technical forums at the PM TN, PEO C3T, and subordinate agency levels. Coordinate with program, project, and product management offices to assess the efficacy of the engineering and integration processes. * Evaluation and Adaptation: Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, making minor adaptations and modifications as needed. * Software Delivery Oversight: Oversee the delivery of software applications in test and deployment environments. Analyze configuration issues and propose appropriate resolutions. * Design Reviews and Audits: Participate in design reviews, configuration audits, and evaluations of software products to ensure proper identification, control, and status accounting of the software baseline for each system. * Communication and Leadership: Communicate effectively and lead integrated project teams, providing independent and professional support on portions of complex projects. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Engineering, Testing, or a related field is required, or 5 years of additional related experience in Tactical Network engineering functions. * Knowledge of Army organization structure and Unit Task Organization concepts. * Ability to communicate effectively and lead integrated project teams. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with configuration management processes and tools is preferred.
