Key Responsibilities: * Program Management Support: Provide a wide range of program management analysis, including support for organizational, administrative, and manpower management efforts. * Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and sustainment of Strategic Plans, Programs, and Policies (SPPP) relevant to PM Tactical Network. * Business Planning: Perform business and administrative planning, organizing, and coordinating actions to meet overall program objectives and milestones. * Briefing and Presentation Preparation: Prepare and staff briefings, presentations, and spreadsheets to effectively communicate program status and objectives. * Management Support: Provide extensive management support including: * Staff action tracking. * Conducting literature and reference material searches. * Organizing, managing, and archiving computer-based files. * Preparing memoranda and documentation. * Processing deliverables. * Scheduling and Milestone Tracking: Publish, distribute, and revise planning schedules for key activities, milestones, and critical path dependencies for development and fielding of PM Tactical Network. Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in any field is required. * A minimum of 5 years of program management support experience, with at least 3 years of experience in program management specifically within the DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Manager (O6 PM), or Product Manager (O5 PdM). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Detail-oriented and capable of problem-solving within a dynamic work environment.
