Cloud Manager JANUS Research Group is seeking a Cloud Manager to oversee the planning, management, performance and reliability of cloud computing environments and systems: * Work closely with stakeholders, technical staff, and cybersecurity to plan cloud computing requirements, strategies, implementation plans and overall management of cloud resources. * Manage cloud infrastructure and applications to ensure high availability and performance. * Monitor and troubleshoot issues that impact cloud services, including network connectivity and security. * Collaborate with developers and other teams to design and deploy cloud solutions that meet business requirements. * Implement and enforce cyber security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access. * Plan and execute disaster recovery procedures to minimize downtime and data loss. * Monitor, report on and optimize cloud costs and resources by identifying and addressing inefficiencies. * Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement. * Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to cloud services. * Provide technical guidance and support to other IT teams as needed. * Manage the day-to-day cloud services. Qualifications: * Recommend bachelor's degree in information technology. * Requires DoD cyber certification as an IAT level II. * Varying experience to DoD Cybersecurity Workforce code 451 (System Administration). * Recommend primary experience and/or certifications with Microsoft Azure and secondary with other cloud service providers.
