As an Account Executive, you'll become a trusted partner, collaborating with businesses to create tailored print, digital, and direct-mail advertising strategies that deliver results. You'll play a key role in sharing their stories and connecting them with the communities that matter most.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with local businesses to understand their needs and create customized advertising solutions.

- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they benefit from our services.

- Become an expert in Community Impact's advertising products, including print, digital, and direct-mail solutions.

• Base salary of $40,000 annually, plus monthly bonuses and uncapped commission (Top Account Executives Earning $100k+)
• Minimum $1,500 guaranteed monthly commission for your first 12 months.
• $295 monthly stipend for gas, mileage, and tolls
• Up to 80 hours of vacation and 80 hours of personal/sick time (prorated) in your first year
• 10 paid holidays per year, plus a paid day off for your birthday
