The Johns Hopkins Hospital Ambulatory Oncology Department is searching for Experienced RNs to join our NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. Be a part of a patient & family-centered, collaborative work environment at our world renowned, Magnet-designated facility. Registered Nurses (RNs) in our Ambulatory Oncology Infusion Clinics provide both standard of care and research chemotherapy/immunotherapy, supportive care infusions, and clinical interventions for hematologic and solid tumor malignancies. Other performance and patient outcome services include nurse telephone triage, discharge planning, care coordination, ambulatory clinical evaluation, and advanced drug preparation. RNs care for patients with solid tumor diagnosis in the Viragh Building and patients with hematologic malignancies in the Weinberg Building. Come join our NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center!

Oncology competency-based education and training will be provided for the non-oncology nurse.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree from Accredited Nursing Program
  • Applicants with an Associate’s degree JHH provides Tuition Reimbursement towards earning your BSN/MSN
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license
  • BLS CPR certification
  • Registered nurse with acute care experience required - oncology or infusion experience preferred

Important Notices:

***Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position.

***Nurses hired with an Associate’s degree in nursing must enroll in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of your start date.

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49 per hour - Maximum 59.66 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
