The program will simplify the IM ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the IM business with agility.As part of the IM Transcend Program, we are looking for a strong leader that can set direction and can drive implementation of ERP Deliver capabilities to support our Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC) business, based on proven knowledge and experience in the fields of Order to Cash, Warehouse & Inventory Management and Transportation Management, and a solid understanding of Finance, Contract Manufacturing and Clinical Distribution capabilities. The Advanced Therapies ERP Deliver Lead will be an active member of the IM Supply Chain JJT team, driving global standardization within Innovative Medicine of ERP technology solutions.This role will be focused on close collaboration with parallel programs currently ongoing within J&J in scope of Advanced Therapies new modalities and Capacity Expansion.The position leads the deployment of Advanced Therapies Deliver capabilities on the Transcend ERP landscape, ensuring a future-proof solution design fully integrated with the Transcend global template, an aligned roadmap across Advanced Therapies and Innovative Medicine Transcend programs and successful deployment of AT capabilities in line with project timelines. The role will partner closely with business process owners, technical product owners, ecosystem owners and various vendor partners to ensure end to end capabilities are supported and evolved.Key Responsibilities:Roadmap & BacklogDrive identification and prioritization of new technical features and/or enhancements for ERP capabilities to meet ATSC business needsAlign technology roadmaps to achieve efficient & effective delivery of business & customer value for ATSC requirementsBalance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiencyRefine program backlog by adding necessary technical features; work with Product Owners and Suppliers to ensure that supplier delivered capacity & architectural integration is understoodHelp Product Owners prioritize their backlogs, manage product / platform constraints and resolve cross-team dependencies; manage demand intake as required Future-proof solution designEngage with ATSC business and technology community to understand their comprehensive requirements for both short and longer termManage solution design and deployment of the ERP capabilities for ATSC on the IM Transcend ERP platform and integration with ecosystemDrive business process standardization and strategies to drive best in class design for ERP Advanced Therapies flows, with focus on Order Management, Logistics and Finance processActively engage with business and functional teams in providing the best fit technical solutions while aligning to Transcend program design and implementation standardsDrive selection of product / platform solution options, work with the Product teams to assess tech elements of the solution prior to user testing and to balance tech debt DeploymentManage technical delivery and value realization in partnership with Global Template Owners, Technical Product Owners and Ecosystem OwnersManage alignment of integrated build across Scrum teams to ensure the end-to-end build of each particular part of a solution is compliant and works as designedCoordinate planning and execution of Technical Testing across scrum teams; Support business workstream lead to plan and complete User Acceptance TestingApply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, ensures SDLC documentation, system configuration and compliance activities are up to date as requiredDrive continual measurement of capabilities against demand volume, complexity, business challenges and improvement within value stream(s) LeadershipAct as the prime liaison between the ATSC team and the IM Transcend ERP team, partnering closely with the business & technology teamsDrive deployment activities across an international cross regional project team of Product Analysts through project design, execution, and deployment phasesCoordinate, lead, coach, motivate and inspire the team to both deliver on agreed plans and to continuously improveHelp Shape and Grow our JJT organization to enable a global intake, build and sustain process that will drive parallel program releases and ongoing operations, projects and enhancements as Transcend launches.Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550.The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
