OPERATIONAL SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Jovian Concepts, Inc. is looking for hire a Operational Systems Integrator to join our team. This role requires a TS/SCI Clearance with a Poly. No CCA's will be accepted for this role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following below: * Observe and interpret visual outputs indicating the operating status of systems and network components for designated computer network infrastructure. * Translate user requests into technical diagnoses, then apply diagnoses to develop technical solutions to meet user needs. * Develop strategies to migrate existing customers to new architecture/technology with minimal impact. * Evaluate new technologies or equipment that can be added to Agency standard solutions. Requirements * A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a Polygraph is required. No CCA's will be accepted for this role. * Bachelor's degree plus 5-years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 3-years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree plus 7-years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 9-years of relevant experience may be considered. * Degree must be in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology or related field. * Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance and/or systems engineering. Additionally, must have experience in network or system administration. * Strong Linux experience * Experience in systems/network administration, application administration, and/or information technology support or management. * Experience supporting hardware installation, such as servers and network infrastructure. * Experience setting up storage such as network-attached storage. * Experience implementing security best practices to include PKI certificate generation, deployment and maintenance. * Knowledge of Unix shell scripting languages like Bash, Bourne, or C Desired: * Experience deploying and maintaining nginx * Familiarity with Docker and RedHat Satellite * Familiarity with cloud computing environments like AWS * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) products like Terraform, SALT and Ansible as well as system monitoring platforms like Prometheus and Grafana * Experience with SELinux and FIPS In our 2023/24 employee survey, Jovian Concepts earned a 92% Overall Workplace Experience Score and 100% of the employees across all departments agreed that they feel genuinely appreciated at Jovian Concepts.
