SENIOR ANALYTIC SOFTWARE DEVELOPER WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Jovian Concepts, Inc. is looking for hire a Senior Analytic Software Developerto join our team. This role requires a TS/SCI Clearance with a Poly. No CCA's will be accepted for this role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following below: * Develop prototypes answering new questions as well as providing better answers to existing questions. * Develop new ways to represent the data using data science methods and automating analytic processes using machine language frameworks. * Work directly with the customer in a highly collaborative, integrated environment. * Design, develop, test, deploy, and document big data cloud computing workflows. Requirements * Must have a current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a Polygraph is required. No CCA's will be accepted for this role. * Bachelor's degree plus 8-years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 6-years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree plus 10-years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 12-years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position. * Experience with Java, Pig * Customer GHOSTMACHINE analytic development * Experience with Hadoop (Map Reduce, Accumulo, & Distributed File System (HDFS)) * Experience with software configuration using Gitlab, Git, Gitflo and Nexus * Experience with Linux (Red Hat version 3 - 5+) Desired: * Some networking knowledge * Experience developing analytics in the Query Time Analytics (QTA) environment. * Experience with Maven and web services development, Zoom workflows. * Familiarity with network encrypting protocols (i.e., IKE/IPsec, TLS, and technologies such as Tor) * Familiarity with customer corporate tools such as DX * Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence * Formal or informal leadership experience In our 2023/24 employee survey, Jovian Concepts earned a 92% Overall Workplace Experience Score and 100% of the employees across all departments agreed that they feel genuinely appreciated at Jovian Concepts.
