We are seeking an Engineer-in-Training or Professional Engineer to work in our McCall, ID office a fun and vibrant resort community!. This position will include:

Plan, design and implement critical community infrastructure projects including water, wastewater, roadways, stormwater, public parks, and general civil engineering.
Play key roles in all phases of project planning, design, and construction management.
Analyze engineering data, interpret plans and specifications, and make sound decisions.
Partner with senior engineers and project managers for reporting, design, and construction phase services to enhance public infrastructure.
Collaborate with government agencies for permits, crossing agreements, easements, encroachments, and other necessary requirements.
Facilitate public meetings, public forums, and open houses to discuss project details and answer questions from the public.
Organize and conduct meetings with consulting partners, contractors, clients, and agencies.
Utilize design tools such as AutoCAD Civil3D, Microsoft Excel, WaterCAD, and InfoSWMM.

Requirements:

0-5 years of experience with EI or PE licensure in Idaho State or able to obtain licensure within 90 days of hire.
We use both Bentley and AutoCAD software platforms for transportation design. Experience with both platforms is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with a variety of co-workers and teams.

Compensation: $70,000 $100,000 annually, determined by experience.
