You will play a pivotal role in driving complex infrastructure projects from conception to completion, building consensus and confidence along the way. You will work collaboratively with various functional area leaders to coordinate planning cycles in support of Infrastructure initiatives. Your role entails leading regular check-ins with various working groups across the org, helping keep deliverables on track, and leading change as you anticipate how others might be impacted. By overseeing SRE, Infrastructure Operations, Quality Engineering, and IT, you will ensure that our infrastructure projects are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and align with our business objectives. As the Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our infrastructure initiatives, driving efficiency, coordination, and excellence within the infrastructure team. Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work OnLead/Drive End-to-End Program Delivery by overseeing the entire lifecycle of cross-functional Infrastructure initiatives, from defining requirements and scope to managing resources, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure that projects are executed efficiently and align with business objectives.Partner closely with the Director of Infrastructure to develop and uphold program standards, principles and ceremonies that drive consistency and excellence across the organization.Collaborate with stakeholders across our TPM team, Technology, and other divisions to ensure alignment with business objectives and to prioritize projects that deliver the highest value Implement robust performance monitoring systems using data-driven decisions to enhance our system performance and scalability.Implement and enforce rigorous quality assurance processes, ensuring that our infrastructure solutions meet the highest standards. Regular reviews and audits will be conducted to maintain compliance with industry regulations.Coordinate efforts between the Infrastructure team and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery. Contribute to strategic planning for infrastructure, aligning our resources with future business needs and technological advancements.Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your teams. You’re honest and forthright, have a strong moral compass, and strive to match your words with your actions while leading by example. Simplicity - Be like Einstein: “Everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler.”QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of experience in technical program management within IT Infrastructure, Engineering, or a related field.Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional infrastructure projects from conception to completion.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating across diverse teams and influencing stakeholders.Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and adhere to deadlines.Experienced with software planning tools and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Airtable).Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Comprehensive understanding of infrastructure, SRE, Network Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, Quality Engineering, and IT.Significant experience leading roadmaps, setting goals, and assisting in defining OKRs.Knowledge of SAFe, Agile, Scrum, and ideally other methodologies like Lean, Kanban, and XP practices.Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, CSD, and SAFe are a plus, with CSPO being particularly valued.The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $167,500.00 to $184,250.00 per year.Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.  Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. For more information about Justworks’ Total Reward Philosophy, including all of the perks and benefits we are proud to offer our team members, please visit Total Rewards @ Justworks. Diversity At JustworksJustworks is committed to maintaining a workplace where diversity of identity, culture, and life experience is the norm and is celebrated authentically and respected consistently.
