Pay range: $57,500- $72,000 based upon experience
The Solution Analysts role is to ensure that the latest technology is deployed and utilized by the company. This position works side by side with the business or end user throughout the implementation process. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of systems management, maintenance, and performance. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and deploy solutions.

Description
Pay range: $57,500- $72,000 based upon experience
The Solution Analysts role is to ensure that the latest technology is deployed and utilized by the company. This position works side by side with the business or end user throughout the implementation process. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of systems management, maintenance, and performance. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and deploy solutions.
Responsibilities
- Implement complex new products and services for the business 15%
- Analyze requirements and gather requirements needed for implementation. Understand current processes utilized by end users
- Design and document to be process for end user
- Assess and document requirements while adhering to established procedures
- Demonstration and training on new products and services for the business. May provide support for a period of time 10%
- Verify solution is performing as expected after implementation
- Utilize data provided to establish specific information needed for end solution. Coordinates data for validation in testing environments 30%
- Works on multiple items/projects simultaneously.
- Escalates challenges and issues in timely manner. Ensures positive outcome for business
- Work as key member of project teams 10%
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with project team members as well as business or end users
- Serve as product expert for different systems in portfolio. 10%
- Collaborate with different team and department members in analyzing solutions/features
- Create needed test scripts for testing of new application/product.
- Pursue training of new technologies that will be utilized by the company
- Ability to run small projects with minimal assistance
Qualifications
Position Requirements
Formal Education & Certification
- 4 year College or University degree required or at least 4 years experience in industry or similar field in leu of degree
- Degree in the field of computer science, management information systems, supply chain, business management preferred
Knowledge & Experience (at least 2 years with each of the following)(can be concurrently)
- Experience in the operation and analysis of software systems and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies
- Extensive experience with core software applications
- Working technical knowledge of SQL
- Previous training experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of the organizations goals and objectives.
