- Responsible for the delivery of quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments.
- Perform treatment simulations, fabricates all necessary shielding blocks, and maintain accurate EMR.
- Prepares equipment for patient treatments performing quality control and assurance tests, ensuring proper infection control techniques, and adheres to optimal radiation safety and protection practices.
- All activities reflect the philosophy, goals, objectives and standards of McLaren and nationally accepted standards of practice, provisions of quality patient care, environmental safety and inter-disciplinary cooperation.
- Maintains professional working relationships with medical staff.
