Job Summary The Senior Sales Director, Digital Solutions, will lead the strategic sales efforts for KBR's Commercial & Technology (C&T) supply chain optimization and asset management digital solutions. This high-impact role requires a dynamic and experienced sales leader with a proven track record in selling complex and high-value technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to drive market penetration, build strong customer relationships, and deliver exceptional digital sales results. This is a remote position based in the U.S., with an expected travel requirement of 50-60%. Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership: * Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for C&T's digital platforms.
* Identify and target key markets, industries, and accounts to drive revenue growth.
* Lead high-level sales engagements and negotiations with C-suite executives and key decision-makers. Market Penetration: * Position C&T as a lead supply chain and asset management consultancy.
* Leverage industry knowledge to position KBR's Asset Ikigai® as the preferred solution for next-generation asset management.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
* Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of digital opportunities. Customer Relationship Management: * Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to optimize supply chain and asset management outcomes.
* Facilitate customer participation in KBR's data pooling program for enhanced analytical insights. Team Collaboration and Leadership: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of sales strategies.
* Mentor and develop junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture. Performance Tracking and Reporting: * Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
* Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback. Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 20 years of experience.
* 10+ years of experience in sales of complex, high-value technology solutions.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of supply chain and asset management principles and digital solutions.
* Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
* Ability to travel 50-60% of the time Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field.
* Experience with IoT, AI/ML, cloud technology, and smart sensors in an asset management context.
* Experience in global supply chain management ERP and strategies.
* Knowledge of ISO 55001 certification and its application in asset management.
* Established network within the supply chain and asset management industries.
* Experience in leading and managing digital sales teams.
