Requirements/IVV&T Engineer KBR is seeking a highly qualified Requirements/IVV&T Engineer to support our customer in Chantilly, VA delivering mission-critical capabilities that enable them plan and execute intelligence-gathering missions from overhead systems and process the resulting collected data into useful information distributed to IC and DoD users. Specific responsibilities will include: * Provide the technical guidance and oversight in support of the customer's Integration, Verification, Validation & Test (IVV&T) function
* Support a Joint customer Program Office responsible for acquiring the future GEOINT Ground Architecture that will provide the user community with capabilities in a modular, open architecture that provides global, persistent, real-time surveillance and activity-based intelligence information
* Support a hybrid agile process with the Government as the overall integrator
* Lead the customer's Component-Level IVV&T activities including gathering, normalizing, and inputting required data into the customer's requirements verification traceability environment and tools to support the standardized verification process
* Conduct/support inspection event coordination and execution to support the sell-off of Component-Level requirements
* Support Enterprise and Component-Level test planning and coordination across stakeholders, perform test-related analysis and produce metrics, and generate and review IVV&T documentation and status reporting
* Support various requirements closure and readiness assessment events
* Ensure IVV&T work is planned in accordance with their agile processes and implementation using JIRA and Confluence tools, and will support the administration of the customer's engineering tools and environments (JIRA, TestRail, Confluence, and custom applications)
* The position may be called on to perform assessment and consultation on various SE and IVVT functional areas and tools as needed Required Qualifications: * Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
* Experience working in government or industry in relevant work areas including: the IC acquisition and requirements processes, execution of requirements derivation, decomposition and sell-off; software test planning, management, execution, integration, and reporting
* Experience providing full-lifecycle systems engineering and integration (SE&I) support for complex systems
* Experience with software development of mission applications and services with emphasis on definition, requirements decomposition, design, build, test, end-to-end integration, validation and verification, as well as sustainment support
* Experience and ability to collaborate with mission partners and stakeholders across organizational boundaries
* Accomplished written communicator and public speaker
* Ability to organize, schedule, and accomplish a wide variety of tasks
* Experience supporting sensitive mission activities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office application suite
* Agile planning and execution using JIRA and Confluence tools
