We’re seeking a Project Document Analyst and Bid Coordinator to work at a premier electrical materials supplier in Brea, CA. 

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$22-25/HR depending on experience.

What’s a typical day as Project Document Analyst and Bid Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Extracting relevant pages from construction documents to determine the electrical materials that can be bid on for various projects.
• Forwarding extracted documents to the relevant quotations departments to ensure accurate quoting for Walter’s customers.
• Creating a “base” quote in our system for the lighting department and tracking bid assignments, while also monitoring updates to construction plans and notifying relevant departments.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 1-3 years of administrative or construction experience (preferred).
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and eager to learn computer-based ERP sales software (training will be provided).
• Possess excellent organizational skills and clear communication skills, both orally and in writing, and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
