Details:
- 1st shift role! 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
- Pay: $100,000 - $110,000 annually
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance program that minimizes down time
- Execute safety objectives so as to continually improve the plants ISRS rating
- Minimize MRO supply cost
- Ensure necessary maintenance supply items are immediately available
- Make recommendations for capital expenditures to optimize the benefits from expenditures for personnel, materials, and equipment
- Oversee the implementation of plant improvement projects
- Select, develop, and motivate employees ensuring fair and consistent treatment within applicable laws, policies and EEO guidelines to maintain continuity of a competent work force
- Work with outside contractors taking bids and explaining requirements for work to be performed within the plant and conduct final inspection of that work
- Supervise and schedule maintenance team to provide services for required shifts when applicable
- Collaborate with Operations Management to improve production process and productivity
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a Maintenance Manager role
- Ability to spend 75% of workday standing or walking, 10% bending or kneeling, 10% stooping, and 5% climbing
- Associates Degree ideal
