Kelly Services is seeking a temporary Professional Executive Assistant for a busy facility located in Northeast Orlando, FL 32826
Pay- $31/hour
Schedule- Mon-Friday - 8am-5pm
Start Date- ******ASAP Dec 5th******
This is a temp position that could lead to a permanent position.
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides direct administrative support to the PRI Executive Director (ED). This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the ED's office, managing schedules, communications, and office logistics while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Meetings:
- Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling meetings and appointments for the Executive Director.
- Prepare and arrange meeting agendas, book meeting spaces, reserve parking spots, and coordinate travel accommodations and catering as necessary.
- Coordinate special events for faculty and staff upon request.

Daily Operations:
- Create daily agendas for the Executive Director and set up organizational systems for filing and materials management.
- Field phone calls for the Executive Director, directing clients to appropriate personnel within the Institute when necessary.
- Manage the Executive Director's emails and requests to ensure alignment with the Institute's strategic goals.

Correspondence & Reporting:
- Compose and prepare correspondence and reports for the Executive Director's signature; draft own correspondence in response to inquiries and office business.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with executive and administrative personnel across colleges and units to support the Executive Director's priorities.

Data Management:
- Gather data as requested by the Executive Director to assist in report preparation and meeting participation, coordinating with others as needed.

Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies, requesting maintenance, and submitting technology tickets.
- Act as the main point of contact for building correspondence.
- Manage Pcard purchases, spend authorizations, expense reports, and reimbursements for the Executive Director.

Travel Coordination:
- Execute complex travel arrangements for the Executive Director and provide online support for last-minute changes during travel.

Confidentiality:
- Handle personal, confidential, and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, exercising tact and diplomacy in all interactions.

Additional Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Executive Director and the Institute.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or High School diploma/equivalent with 9 years of experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficient with Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Active driver's license.
