Rate: $23/hr-$25/hr | Full-time; Temp to Hire (M-F, 9 AM–5 PM)
Our client, a company dedicated to empowering homeowners in the Capital Region with energy-efficient solutions is seeking a dynamic Office Manager to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and support our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage administrative tasks to streamline operations.
- Respond to inbound calls/emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Educate clients on energy efficiency benefits and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate staff at multiple job sites.
- Handle invoicing, file management, and CRM updates.
What You Bring:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A calm and problem-solving mindset under pressure.
- Experience in the home services industry (e.g., HVAC, plumbing).
