Role: Accounting and Office Manager / Full Charge Bookkeeper
Location: Jamestown, NY 100% onsite
Duration: Direct hire, permanent role
Salary: $60-$75,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00a – 4:00p, slightly flexible -some overtime required occasionally


Qualifications
  • 5 + years relevant office management and accounting experience required
  • Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office required
  • Ability to quickly and accurately learn and implement proprietary software systems required
  • Experience building a strong team
  • Solid organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including a professional tone of voice at all times
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates and /or bachelors degree preferred

Responsibilities
  • As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, training and motivating the Office team
  • Full charge bookkeeping within QuickBooks online
    • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and cash applications
    • Verify and Analyze financial reports
    • Manage timekeeping and employee set up for payroll
  • You will manage the office team to perform all job file coordination and invoicing functions, oversee administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • You will serve as the in-house expert on QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and multiple proprietary software systems
  • Manage reception, dispatcher, file coordinator, and HR administrator areas/ employees
  • Coordinate and maintain company calendar and franchise communication
  • Verify payroll and transmit hours worked, PTO earned and used to accountant for processing
  • Develop and document divisional and franchise annual plans and performance
  • Manage office organization and supplies
