*Job Responsibilities:*
* *Leadership:* Participate as a member of the nursing leadership team to ensure high-quality care for all residents.
* *Supervision:* Provide supervision and mentoring to nursing staff in the skilled nursing facility.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with residents, family members, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure the provision of high-quality care.
* *Regulatory Compliance:* Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations pertaining to skilled nursing facilities.
*Qualifications:*
* *Education:* Graduation from an approved school of Registered Nursing.
* *Licensure:* Current licensure by the State of New York as a Registered Nurse.
* *Experience:* Previous experience in a leadership position in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
* *Skills:* Strong supervisory and clinical skills are required, with knowledge of Department of Health regulations.
