Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. In this role, you will implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, both in their homes and at our centers. For RBTs providing in-home sessions you are never working in isolation — our model centers on consistent clinical support from your supervising BCBA and our broader clinical team. You will receive weekly supervision, along with regular connection and check-ins to ensure sessions are going well between supervision visits. This ongoing support helps BTs feel supported while maintaining high-quality care in the home.
Job Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the BCBA, the Registered Behavior Technician will:
Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy
Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions
Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans
Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA
Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care
What Makes Our In-Home Model Different
Many RBTs worry that in-home work means less support — we’ve designed our program to be the opposite.
Robust Clinical Support
Consistent BCBA supervision with opportunities for additional check-ins as needed
Structured onboarding and shadowing to ensure you feel confident before working independently
Clear session protocols, safety procedures, and step-by-step treatment guidance
Regular team collaboration, including case reviews, clinical huddles, and ongoing communication
