CONTROLLER

DescriptionKforce has a growing company in Caledonia, MI that is seeking a Controller for their North American operations. This position will report directly to the CFO and be a part of the Management team.Responsibilities:* Controller will manage all general ledger activity for North America operations* Produce period-end and fiscal year-end financial statements for NA operations, and reporting requirements needed to support the global consolidations; Includes review/analysis of financial results and routine presentation of results to the executive management team* Maintain systems and controls needed to ensure proper tracking and safeguarding of company assets and proper receipt/disbursement of funds* Manage all US non-executive payroll activities* Manage AP and AR functions* Manage standard costing systems and rates used for both accounting and new business quoting purposes* As a Controller, you will manage annual global budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with corporate finance and other reporting entities* Coordinate of annual outside audits* Ad hoc analysis/reporting as neededRequirements* Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; CPA is highly preferred* Candidates must have a minimum of 15+ years of experience including experience in public accounting and within the manufacturing industry* Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsJob TypeDirect HireCompensation140000 - $200000
