BCBA Benefits: $100/hour

We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Newark, NJ! This is a part-time position (4 days a week, 6.5 hours per day), ideal for someone who’s passionate about supporting students and mentoring a great team of RBTs.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position Overview:

  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • Provide behavior consultations and ongoing support to staff and families

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring high-quality ABA service delivery

  • Collaborate with the team to promote positive outcomes for students

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

  • Experience working with children or students in educational or clinical settings preferred

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

  • Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards, professionalism, and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
