We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Newark, NJ! This is a part-time position (4 days a week, 6.5 hours per day), ideal for someone who’s passionate about supporting students and mentoring a great team of RBTs.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position Overview:
Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide behavior consultations and ongoing support to staff and families
Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring high-quality ABA service delivery
Collaborate with the team to promote positive outcomes for students
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Experience working with children or students in educational or clinical settings preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards, professionalism, and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
