Responsibilities: Kingfisher Systems, Inc. is seeking an Intelligence Collective Training Subject Matter Expert to provide Subject Matter Expertise in the area of Military Intelligence collective training and exercise design, and training doctrine and policy. The successful candidate will also formulate and define training scope and objectives based on client needs and applicable business systems and industry requirements. The candidates will work at the highest technical level of several areas, focusing on Military Intelligence collective training and collective training program development, but also including Military Intelligence doctrine and policy, operations, and/or specific military intelligence missions and programming. Other tasks may include the following. * Providing Military Intelligence Collective training expertise and training exercise design/development * Devising or modifying procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. * Conducting analyses of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper requirement specifications. * Guiding and advising less experienced Business Systems Analysts. * Researching and analyzing current and future military intelligence efforts. * Liaising between designated leadership and program development management. * Overseeing operations requirement's compliance. * Collaborating with Military Intelligence operations and training leadership. * Researching and analyzing information and requirements across multiple areas of Military. * Providing training support for intelligence programs across multiple functional areas. * Travel up to 20% may be required Years of Experience: 10+ years Degree Requirement: Bachelor Degree preferred. Experience in lieu of degree allowed. Minimum Clearance Requirement: Minimum Top-Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility .
