We are seeking a talented and motivated ESRI GIS Developer to join our team in supporting a Navy client at Stennis Space Center. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in JavaScript and Python programming, along with a growing expertise in ESRI development. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: * Develop, maintain, and enhance GIS applications using ESRI technologies * Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in JavaScript and Python * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement geospatial solutions * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing GIS applications * Stay current with the latest ESRI technologies and best practices * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes * Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) * Knowledge of database systems and SQL * Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) * Experience working in an Agile development environment * Prior experience working with government or military clients Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, GIS, or a related field * Minimum of 1 year of experience in software development * Proficiency in JavaScript and Python programming languages * Familiarity with ESRI development tools and technologies (e.g., ArcGIS API for JavaScript, ArcPy) * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities * Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance This position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to work on impactful projects in a collaborative environment.
