We’re a busy, family-owned dental practice in La Costa looking for a skilled Treatment Coordinator to play a central role in our patient experience and practice growth. This position goes beyond front desk duties—you’ll be instrumental in helping patients understand, accept, and move forward with comprehensive treatment plans.

You’ll join a well-established, high-producing office with strong clinical support and a steady flow of patients needing advanced care.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and explain comprehensive treatment plans (implants, full-mouth rehab, All-on-4)
• Guide patients through insurance coverage, financing options, and payment plans
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups to ensure treatment completion
• Collaborate closely with doctors to improve case acceptance
• Provide a professional, supportive, and high-touch patient experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental front office or Treatment Coordinator experience
• Solid understanding of dental insurance and treatment planning
• Confidence presenting high-value treatment plans
• Strong communication skills with a polished, patient-first approach
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

• $30–$40/hour, depending on experience
• Monthly performance bonuses based on case acceptance
