What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assist with their automotive needs
• Provide accurate estimates and explain repairs clearly
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
• Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle inspections and repairs to ensure quality service
• Coordinate parts ordering and repair timelines
• Keep repair orders organized from check-in through vehicle delivery
• Build lasting relationships and keep customers coming back

What We're Looking For

• Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable communicating with both customers and technicians
• Automotive technician experience is a strong plus
