Responsibilities include but not limited to…
* Managing a wide variety of survey projects including ALTA, boundary, construction staking, elevation certificates, plat and topographic surveys from beginning to end
* Survey project coordination
* Client Communication
* Fee estimates and proposals
* Project scheduling & execution
* Budgets
* Review and certifications
* Assist with marketing efforts
* Train and mentor survey team members
Qualifications include…
* Registered Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, or Land Surveyor-in-Training certification, and the ability to obtain professional licensure within 24 months.
* Associates or Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field is beneficial but not mandatory
* Computer skills in Word, Excel, Civil3D, and Trimble Business Center or equivalent
* Knowledge of modern surveying equipment including GPS and robotic total stations
* Knowledge of bathymetric, UAV, and 3D scanning equipment is beneficial but not mandatory
* Ability to work well with, coach and direct others with different personalities and professional styles
* Ability to establish and maintain client relationships
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to handle and delegate multiple tasks and projects
* Valid driver's license
