Sales and Service Manager

A locally owned Missoula custom fireplace company, in business for over 30 years, is looking for a Sales and Service Manager to join their team of skilled professionals. This company prides itself on its exceptional customer service and high-quality work and is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a job with variety and purpose.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Accurate data entry while managing customer inquiries via phone, email and walk-ins
  • Assist customers with product and design questions in a professional manner
  • Manage inquiry intake process from initial customer outreach through install handoff
  • Continuous follow-up with customers based on project inquiries
  • Timely communication and follow-up with owner and customers for pricing estimates, project timelines and feedback loops
  • Manufacturing vendor management
  • QuickBooks / Excel data entry for pricing and inventory
  • Inventory management
  • Forklift operation

  • Starting Wage: $18/hour+ DOE
  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (No weekends)

Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience in a front office or equivalent
  • Experience managing phones and customer information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and computer skills
  • Ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Excel and Outlook
  • Background in construction or HVAC industry a plus
  • Forklift experience a plus, but will receive on-site training
