delivery of lessons utilized in multiple courses;
• minimum of ten (10) years of experience in curriculum development with documented experience in
the development and delivery of instructor-led training, or 6 years of experience with a Master's degree
related to instructional systems development; Key Responsibilities: The SIGINT Course Curriculum Developer is responsible for utilizing provided objectives to ensure that training material aligns with objective criteria. This role involves creating, maintaining, and updating lesson plans as necessary, as well as collaborating on existing training programs and blended learning implementation strategies. Additionally, the developer is tasked with providing quality assurance/control on design plans and instructional materials, including the creation of professional-level presentation materials. Instruction on a lesson-by-lesson basis is also part of the responsibilities, along with regular participation in meetings involving various stakeholders. Moreover, the developer performs needs and/or assessment gap analysis to determine training needs, tracks work and schedules to ensure completion within scheduling parameters, and consistently produces quality results in a fast-paced and constantly changing program environment.
