As an Electrical Engineer working with state-of-the-art technologies, you’ll shape hardware solutions for the next generation of naval training and simulation systems like CIAT - Combined Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Trainer

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Designing, developing, and testing electrical and electronics solutions.

  • Collaborating with project teams to identify and solve engineering problems.

  • Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.

  • Conducting and/or participating in research for product acquisition and development.

Your expertise will help shape the trajectory of our team and our exceptional products. With potential travel to partner organizations or trainer sites across strategic locations like Pearl Harbor, San Diego, Norfolk, and more, this role offers a dynamic blend of challenges and experiences.

Required Education

  • BA/BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or a related technical degree. 

Required Experience

  • You must have U.S. Citizenship and be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government granted security clearance.  Employment is contingent on receiving an interim Secret security clearance.

  • You must have 4+ years of related work experience.

  • You must have proficiency in using CAD software for electrical design (e.g., Fusion 360, KiCAD).

  • You must have a strong understanding of electrical theory and applications.

  • You must have practical experience with electrical testing equipment and safety standards.

Desired Experience

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Experience using Atlassian products to document findings, break down requirements, document and track bug reports, and monitor performance/progress toward product development.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00
