Shift: First shift; Full-time (weekends as needed)

Position Summary: Complete all engineered system assembly, electrical and mechanical, system debug, teardown and installation while meeting company standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Take initiative to meet challenging project timelines and hour budgets;
  • Provide the following system troubleshooting needs: wiring, mechanical assembly;
  • Assemble and Wire off of 3D Models and schematics;
  • Ensure system schematics are updated to as-build conditions;
  • Assist in field start-up and customer training when necessary (i.e., travel);
  • Uphold company quality objectives and play an active role in reaching continuous improvement objectives to include 6S efforts;
  • Plan and execute daily and weekly scheduled tasks;
  • Maintain work area clean and organized;
  • Follow directions from peers within the Integration department;
  • Travel for Installations & Service Calls; and
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

 

Experience / Skills:

  • 0-2 years’ experience preferred
  • High attention to detail, project budgets, and quality;
  • Excellent team player with organizational and time management skills;
  • Safely operate fork trucks and overhead cranes;
  • Technical degree in similar engineering field desired;
  • Exposure to robotics preferred;

  • Safety (OSHA, SDS), ANSI (RIA) standards.

  • Understand the Company’s EH&S Policy and how it relates to this job;
  • Be aware of OSHA & EPA laws and regulations as well as company rules and policies that pertain to this job;
  • Work in a safe and environmentally friendly manner and observe all company EH&S procedures;
  • Immediately notify the supervisor if there is any safety hazard, any equipment not operating correctly or if there are any questions regarding EH&S procedures; and
