About Little Acorn ABA
At Little Acorn ABA, we help children grow through compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy. We’re looking for an Ohio-licensed BCBA to provide telehealth services, including parent training, assessments, treatment planning, and remote supervision of RBTs, all in compliance with Ohio ABA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver ABA services via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
Conduct functional behavior assessments (telehealth-appropriate)
Develop and update individualized treatment plans
Supervise RBTs remotely according to BACB and Ohio guidelines
Train parents and caregivers virtually
Review clinical data and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
Active BCBA certification (BACB)
Ohio licensure or eligibility
Authorized to provide telehealth services in Ohio
Reliable internet and private workspace
Strong clinical writing and communication skills
Preferred: Telehealth experience, RBT supervision, familiarity with Ohio Medicaid
