You aren't just managing a clinic; you are establishing a community landmark.
Your Impact Will Include:
- Building the Foundation: You will establish hospital culture, standards, and expectations from day one, implementing Livewell operational playbooks and partnering with the Founding DVM to align medical and business strategy.
- Driving Growth & Community Engagement: You will develop and execute local marketing strategies, building relationships with community organizations and local businesses to champion Livewell’s brand presence and drive visit trends.
- Recruiting & Developing a High-Performing Team: You will lead the interviewing and hiring process for all support roles, building a cohesive, growth-oriented team culture and holding teammates accountable to high performance and behavioral standards.
- Owning the Business: You will manage P&L performance, labor costs, and inventory controls. You will identify and execute opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Delivering an Exceptional Client Experience: You will create systems that support hospitality and efficiency, ensuring high-quality service aligned with Livewell standards and proactively resolving client concerns.

- Demonstrated grit, resilience, and the ability to navigate ambiguous start-up dynamics.
- Experience building and developing teams with a positive, culture-focused leadership style.
- Willingness to learn and own financial performance (P&L, labor, inventory).
