Schedule
Full-Time
- Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (rotating schedule)
- Closed Sundays

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, train, and coach store team members
- Set performance expectations and monitor results
- Provide ongoing feedback and development
- Foster a positive, professional team culture
Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Manage office organization and supplies
Customer Service Excellence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally
- Review loan applications and vehicle evaluations
- Ensure accurate processing of payments and account updates
Performance & Sales
- Drive store performance and meet company goals
- Monitor metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure strong follow-up and customer communication

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Ability to work scheduled Saturdays (rotating)
