As the F-16 Build Team Completion Supervisor - Systems/Test, you will lead and manage a highly skilled team responsible for the final assembly and production of the F-16V Block 70 aircraft. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the build process adheres to Lockheed Martin's high standards for safety, quality, cost control, and timely delivery. Based in Greenville, South Carolina, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production team, ensuring that all technical, procedural, and customer requirements are met. Your leadership will focus on continuous process improvement, employee development, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and System Program Office. - Lead the F-16V Block 70 build team, ensuring all structural and systems components are assembled according to safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements. - Identify and implement process enhancements to improve production flow, reduce costs, and increase efficiency, while ensuring timely delivery of aircraft. - Oversee the allocation of resources, production control, equipment, and logistics to optimize production outcomes and minimize disruptions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), and the System Program Office to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction. - Uphold Lockheed Martin's standards by maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and production procedures, while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Basic Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in Aviation Production or Maintenance, Modification, Repair and Overhaul (MMRO) Operations. Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints. Experience interacting with internal/external customers. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills:
Aviation Experience Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments. Previously awarded an Air Force, Army, Marine, or Navy 7 level discipline skill level rating or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated credential such as an licensed FAA Airframe and Power plant or Inspector Airframe license. Recent fighter aircraft experience Ability to obtain a security clearance as required. Ability to create and utilize metrics related to performance. Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience. SAP experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics. Experience in Lean Manufacturing or processes.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
