Job Number 673395BR Description:We are Lockheed Martin This position will report to the Senior Manager of F-35 Program Finance - Production Operations. Key responsibilities associated with this position will include: Directing the day-to-day management functions of Program Finance personnel supporting Production Engineering, Fabrication, International Production and Tooling for JSF.
Provide sound guidance to Production Engineering, Fabrication, and Tooling CAMs concerning business and financial processes and issues.
Ensure applicable financial policies and procedures are applied uniformly across the Production Engineering, Fabrication, and Tooling teams.
Provide fiduciary oversight to ensure that Company / Program financial objectives are achieved including annual LRP financial goals.
Ensure that F-35 production contracts establish a sound and compliant budget baseline, risk management process, timely and compliant budget change control process, ensuring that a high level of integration is maintained between the cost & scheduling systems, and that a sound Estimate At Completion (EAC) is developed and maintained. Provide oversight and ensure compliance of all EVMS-related processes and command media.
Ensure the accurate reporting of program performance to internal and external customers. Provide support & guidance to CAMs for the development & implementation of corrective action plans, Variance explanations and EAC.
This position will require the ability to perform across multiple contracts with complex contract structures in a rigorous Earned Value (EV), fast-paced and volume driven environment. ***Must be a US Citizen. Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with leading, motivating or mentoring a diverse team of Program Finance professionals in a dynamic program environment.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) guidelines and processes and their implementation on programs. - Experience with enterprise-level cost management tools (SAP, Cobra, Compass, Open Plan, etc.).
Desired Skills:
- Effective communication skills; both oral and written.
- Expertise with manufacturing cost collection methodologies, allocations, impacts of Takt time changes, touch labor and estimating factor documentation

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
