If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Developer with over 10 years of expertise in the MERN stack to join our dynamic team and drive the development of high-impact applications for the automotive sector.You Will:Lead and mentor a team of developers in building and maintaining automotive-related web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)Define and oversee technical strategy and architecture for scalable and robust web solutions in the automotive domainEnsure the implementation of best practices and standards in coding and software developmentArchitect and develop complex features and enhancements for our automotive platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutionsMaintain and improve existing systems, addressing performance, reliability, and security issuesStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements to incorporate innovative solutions into our projectsContinuously optimize application performance, scalability, and reliabilityAct as a technical liaison with automotive clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutionsTranslate complex business needs into technical specifications and actionable tasksYou Bring: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Lead Developer, with extensive expertise in the MERN stack.Proven track record of leading development teams and managing large-scale projects.Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.Background in developing and deploying web applications within the automotive industry or related sectors.Familiarity with automotive-specific technologies and standards (e.g.,telematics, vehicle diagnostics).Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD practices, and agile methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).Knowledge of automotive software development frameworks and protocols.Relevant certiffications or advanced degrees in computer science or related fields.At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
