Combat Systems Integration (CSI) Analyst Minimum Qualifications Summary Certification & Education * At least Phase I Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) or equivalent. Experience Required * Possess a final Top Security Clearance and Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with SCI eligibility at work performance start date and shall maintain the required security clearance throughout the life of the contract. * At least 10 of the past 25 years of Special Operations experience. * At least 5 years' experience of the past 15 years working directly with Special Operations Surface Maritime Mobility systems (i.e., Combatant Craft) * Experience on or directly supporting staffs in at least two of the three following capacities: (1) Exercise Development and Operations; (2) OPLAN/CONPLAN/CONOP development, staffing, evaluations, and approval; and/or (3) providing support to the Special Operations Community. * Thorough understanding of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) to include mission analysis, course of action development, analysis, comparison, recommendation, and approval. * Easily work in a fast-paced environment, completing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting stringent timelines. * Senior-level problem-solving skills and experience, including set up and process planning for complex problems; analyze; gather data; process, assemble and analyze facts to draw conclusions; effectively fuse results with other information; and develop tailored solutions to intelligence-related problems. * Senior-level experience leading and managing teams and working with others to meet specific objectives. * Experience working with multiple disciplines and a fundamental understanding of the data and tools these disciplines utilize. * Working knowledge of Special Operations Maritime Mobility Systems and unmanned systems with experience in basic counterintelligence (CI) and Operational Security (OPSEC) procedures employed by the DOD, IC, * Experience acquiring, creating, and leveraging resources (e.g., tools and data) and integrating advanced technologies to overcome process barriers and resolve inefficiencies; and * Capable of providing innovative solutions that enhance problem-solving analytical capabilities and optimize organizational impact; must be flexible, willing, and able to adapt to new challenges presented by new data, tools, and problems; must be willing and able to work in an agile and fast-paced team development environment. Job Objective The objective of this requirement is to obtain contractor personnel to support NSWG 4 Headquarters emerging technology integration requirements. Responsibilities * This effort will require one (1) Level II Combat Systems Integration (CSI) Analyst. All contractors will be geographically located at Joint Expeditionary Base Fort Story Little Creek (JEBFSLC) with the ability to telework in the event restrictions prevent in-person work. * Systems Analyst contractor will directly support the N3 Department assisting in the Combat Systems Integration Division (N38) supporting emerging technology discovery for NSWG 4 capabilities to include Surface Maritime Mobility and tactical ISR, planning and conducting technology experimentation. * Major duties will include activities such as: * Assist the Combat Systems Integration Officer by conducting research and analysis of NSWG 4 N38 requirements to assist in validating proposed technical solutions during OPTs and field exercises. * Develops project plans, experimentation plans and briefs. * Conduct data entry, maintain and update NSWG 4 N38 databases. * Conduct coordination, planning and de-confliction of NSWG 4 Technical Experimentation and field exercises. * Conduct analysis, apply deliberate methods on specialized Maritime capabilities and provide written and/or verbal assessments to meet NSWG 4 objectives. * Coordinate and plan meeting schedules and provide written reports of meeting minutes.
