Activities include undertaking research, design, development, and implementation activities to improve Magic Leap’s AR products and services;  designing, constructing, testing, and operating equipment; ensuring that standards of quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness, and performance are met in production processes.As a Director, Opto-Mechanical Engineering within our Optical Engineering group, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6-8 opto-mechanical engineers to contribute to our product development by delivering designs, analysis, building and testing state of the art optical assemblies. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator; able to reach across organizations to clarify expectations, achieve 'buy-in' where appropriate, and verify system performance through to the final customer.
