Founding BCBA Clinical Leader

We’re Hiring: Founding BCBA Clinical Leader – North Carolina ?

Are you a BCBA ready to make your mark and build something meaningful from the ground up? Majestic Care ABA is looking for a Founding Clinical Leader to help launch and grow our North Carolina services.

Location: Hybrid (in-home/community within ~30 miles + remote days)

Job Type: Full-time

Your Role (First 6–12 Months):

• Build the clinical foundation

• Deliver high-quality therapy: conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide family guidance

• Manage a small caseload of 8–10 clients

• Supervise and mentor a dedicated team of RBTs

Growth Path:

Infancy Stage (0–20 clients): Founding Clinician – Lead direct care while helping establish clinical systems

Expansion Stage (20–40 clients): Regional Manager – Take on supervision and strengthen operational systems

Growing Phase (40+ clients): Regional Director – Oversee clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and lead state-level initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA® certification + NC LBA

• 3+ years of experience, including RBT supervision

• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and family guidance

• Bilingual Preferred (Spanish)
