(BCBA) Board Certified Behavior Analyst- School Based Supervisor

Malama Pono Autism Center provides a variety of clinical programs offering BCBAs of all levels of experience opportunities to learn and develop their skills. This includes a strong focus on applying behavior analysis across diverse and new populations, working collaboratively with other disciplines, and developing the interpersonal skills to offer dynamic supervision, training and leadership to others.

Malama Pono Autism Center is currently looking for select behavior analysts to work on our school based team on Oahu.


This position typically involves activities such as:

  • Work with teachers and staff to complete or update VB-MAPP assessments

  • Individual program development for students

  • Identifying preference assessment methods and provide training and guidance to teachers and staff to implement

  • Classroom site review and support

  • Provide consultation and training to teachers and assistants

  • Assist with identifying students ready for direct instruction programs and provide behavior skills training and resources to teachers

  • Support VB-MAPP with IEP alignment

  • Provide supervision to BACB supervisees and RBTs as assigned

  • Develop appropriate programming to support natural environment training, social/play skills and inclusive practices

Salary Range for BCBAs: 85k-130k

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification 

  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism

  • Strong background in patient care, assessment, and medical documentation

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
