Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in clinic setting

We are growing and looking to hire individuals interested in learning how to make an impact in the lives of children with autism. We provide 1:1 clinical behavioral therapy looking to expand with quality services.
No experience necessary! We offer thorough training and guidance to obtain your RBT Certification.
Successful candidates will have high energy when working with children, drive to help the lives of others, work well in a team setting and have a consistent schedule.
What We Offer:
$850 sign-on bonus for non-certificated RBTs
Providing Training and RBT Credentialing
30+ hours per week (hours based on your availability)

$20/hr starting for in clinic setting
$24/hr starting for DOE and Home settings (growth opportunity after the clinic)

Requirements:
Authorized to work in the United States
High school diploma/GED for Clinic and Home-based settings
Have at least 48 college credits for DOE setting
Pass background screening
This role requires frequent movement, including sitting on the floor, standing, bending, and responding quickly to client needs. Candidates must be able to lift or assist clients and equipment up to 50lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations.
