SR. SPECIALIST, E-COMMERCE AMAZON MARKETPLACE

Job Overview:
This position can be based out of our Minneapolis/St Paul twin cities office in Osseo, MN or our headquarters in Hackensack, MN.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Specialist with a strong background in e-commerce and digital marketing, specifically within the Amazon marketplace, to optimize our Amazon sales channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase our product visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales on the Amazon platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, SEO, PPC advertising, FBA / FBM, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Amazon marketplace management, performance analysis & reporting, inventory, pricing management, promotions, advertising, customer engagement and reviews.

This role will work closely with product development, sales, customer teams and external partners including Amazon support, third party service vendors and existing Amazon agency partner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 3 years experience with the Amazon marketplace; Seller Central preferred.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing best practices.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving product rankings on Amazon.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficient in using analytics tools, including reporting built into Seller Central as well as experience with similar platforms such as Google Analytics, MerchantSpring, Helium 10, Jungle Scout
