1st shfit Production Associate

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a 1st shift Production Associate to join their team. As a 1st shift Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have strong work ethic, reliability, and physical stamina, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st shift Production Associate

Location: Sterrett, AL

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Load and unload various wood products efficiently and safely
• Perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds, repetitively throughout the shift
• Operate loaders and other manufacturing equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Good attendance record
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work Monday through Friday during scheduled hours
