Industrial Maintenance Teck

Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Team Member to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Team Member, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operations of the Sterrett Plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, reliability, and common sense which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Team Member

Location: Sterrett, AL

Pay Range: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

What's the Job?

• Keep our plant running by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, forklifts, and facilities.
• Work with hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
• Use your welding and electrical experience to solve issues.
• Stay on top of safety regulations and keep your workspace clean and organized.

What's Needed?

• Prior maintenance experience (but we’ll train you on anything new).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and common sense.
• Ability to lift 25-75 lbs. and stay on your feet throughout the day.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must provide your own toolbox and basic hand tools.
