Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator 2nd Shift
Location: Sterrett, AL
Pay Range: Starting at $15.00/hr. with potential increase to $16.00/hr. in 30 days if approved by supervisor.
What's the Job?
- Operate machinery to produce high-quality parts.
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Utilize forklift equipment as needed for material handling.
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Forklift experience is essential.
- Ability to work the 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
