Production Associate 2nd Shift

Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate 2nd Shift

Location: Trinity, AL

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM  2-2-3 schedule

What's the Job?

• Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of production lines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
