Technician Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Rotary Cam technician to join their team. As a Rotary Cam technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Rotary Cam technicians

Location: Lonoke, AR

Pay Range: $21.26

Shift: 6:45pm - 7:00am Rotating Days

What's the Job?

• Perform routine, preventative, and minor maintenance on production equipment
• Complete machine changeovers efficiently and safely
• Troubleshoot and perform light repairs on malfunctioning machinery
• Assist Production Associates and support daily operations
• Work closely with Engineering and R&D on new or improved processes

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or similar equipment experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic computer skills
