A typical day as a recruiter includes posting jobs, reading resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating next steps, and updating the ATS so future-you doesn’t hate past-you. This recruiter also looks for chances to grow business, solve client pain points, and win in a competitive staffing agency market. We require at least one year of experience in a staffing agency, and prior staffing agency experience is required. Being bilingual spanish is strongly preferred, because bilingual spanish communication matters in our market. A recruiter who is bilingual spanish will immediately have an edge. ATS experience, especially Bullhorn, is a plus.
